That hotel was in a the best location, close to old centre. Moreover, it was next to the walled city center of Volterra and the coast and the plentiful restaurants, gelaterias and alabaster shops.

The Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony was super cozy! The fine views over the Tuscan countryside from the balcony made it so special. It really was like a cute place to unwind after exploring. Plus, air conditioning was a nice touch. But, the mattress was a bit on the firmer side, which might not be for everyone.

The views from the hotel are amazing, showcasing the rolling hills and picturesque landscapes of the region. The large swimming pool offers a refreshing spot to unwind after exploring the area.
Accessing the hotel can be tricky due to road closures. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, feel cramped with issues like inadequate space and shower curtains that leave the whole room somewhat drenched after use. If you're without a car, expect a steep trek into town which may not be suitable for older guests or those with mobility issues.
