The seasonal outdoor pool was fantastic, but the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.

That hotel was in a the best location, close to old centre. Moreover, it was next to the walled city center of Volterra and the coast and the plentiful restaurants, gelaterias and alabaster shops.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and welcoming, managed the parking next to hotel. It offers welcoming services.

I got complimentary economy double room for even better views of the surroundings as an upgrade, nice gesture. The personnel was attentive as expected. The location was perfect and convenient, very close to city centre.

During our family trip, we enjoyed our stay in a cozy Economy Triple Room. The secluded grounds were beautiful, and having a large swimming pool to unwind in was a big hit, especially with the kids. The close proximity to Volterra center made exploring local attractions like the Roman Theatre easy and enjoyable. We were greeted with good cakes, which added a nice touch to our mornings.

The Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony was super cozy! The fine views over the Tuscan countryside from the balcony made it so special. It really was like a cute place to unwind after exploring. Plus, air conditioning was a nice touch. But, the mattress was a bit on the firmer side, which might not be for everyone.
